Long River, Great Path, an art itinerant exhibition at the A9 Art Museum of Lanzhou Creative Industry Park, is displaying some 140 pieces of art of Yellow River landscapes, showing its cultural importance and highlighting the country's efforts to protect the natural environment surrounding the river.

The exhibition, which runs until Sept 20, invites some well-known contemporary Chinese artists' work and some collections of several cultural institutions.

In Lanzhou stop, a dozen of works created by resident artists were introduced as new exhibits.

At present, the reservation channel has been opened. People can follow the A9 Art Museum's official WeChat account to make online reservations in advance.

The exhibition was sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In 2019, the ministry started to work with the culture and tourism departments of nine provinces and autonomous regions along the Yellow River basin, as well as the Chinese National Academy of Arts and other institutions, to promote the artistic creation revolving Yellow River culture.
