The Lanzhou Beef Noodle Culture and Food Festival kicked off on June 14 in Chengguan district, Lanzhou, Northwest China's Gansu province, featuring top beef noodle brands and specialty eateries.

The three-day event celebrated Lanzhou's unique culinary heritage, treating citizens to a delightful blend of modern and traditional culinary experiences.

Lanzhou beef noodles, one of the 10 best-rated noodles in China, is a specialty of Lanzhou city, Gansu province. A traditional bowl must have the following ingredients and colors, in addition to beef: white radish, red chili oil, green coriander and leek, and yellow noodles.
