This service station acts as a "green bridge" connecting the government, businesses, and the market. It provides comprehensive services including policy consultation on green electricity and certificates, market registration, demand collection, transaction guidance, information announcements, and decision support. The station aims to assist government departments and high-energy-consuming enterprises with green electricity certificate transactions, enhance renewable energy consumption in Pingliang, and support compliance with carbon emission reduction targets using big data in power.

Green certificates, which validate the environmental attributes of renewable energy generation and consumption, are essential in China’s renewable energy landscape. Each green certificate represents 1,000 kilowatt-hours of renewable energy. By obtaining or purchasing these certificates, companies can offset their carbon emissions, meet reduction targets, and build a green, eco-friendly brand image. This not only enhances their competitiveness but also attracts consumers and investors who prioritize environmental sustainability.
