Project overview
A'gan Town and Bali Town ecotourism economic zones will be developed along Shuimogou, allowing the ecological resources of Shifogou National Forest Park and the cultural resources distributed along Shuimogou to be tapped.
The S104 road project stretching from Shenjiapo to A'gan Town is underway, it will be a secondary road with a total length of 22.7 kilometers. The A'gan Town Shuimogou River Basin Ecological Restoration Project from Tiezhigou to Xiankouzi, with a length of 9.26 kilometers, will also be implemented, covering bank slope revetments, silt cleaning, dredging, ecological restoration, and landscape improvement.

Preliminary preparations
Construction of Road S104 from Shenjiapo to A'gan Town has started; the feasibility study report of the A'gan Town Shuimogou River Basin Ecological Restoration Project has been approved.
