A bronze running horse made of Lego-like building blocks was recently released at the "Night at the Museum" activity held in Gansu Provincial Museum. It was popular among the visitors.
"It is amazing to use assembled toy to restore an artifact!" some netizens said.
Based on a cultural relic, a bronze running horse that was excavated in Wuwei, Gansu province, the Gansu Provincial Museum developed a series of cultural creative products, including folding fan, stuffed animal, mask and coffee.
The bronze horse is renowned for its exquisite casting and was recognized as a national treasure by experts from National Cultural Heritage Administration in 1996.
