On the site of the ceremony is the first phase of the water conservation demonstration park in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.

Upon completion, there will be 333 hectares of newly-increased high-quality farmland and 92 hectares of greenbelt, which is of great significance in protecting the upper Yellow River and the ecological environment of the Qilian Mountains.
