Project Overview

The Small, Medium and Micro Enterprise Industrial Park in Lanzhou is under construction and will be put into operation in 2021. The industrial park is only 5 kilometers away from Zhongchuan Railway Port, which provides convenient industrial transportation and traffic conditions.

The occupants of the park will be non-polluting, high-tech and cost-effective smart manufacturing companies that will form a production base for smart equipment, industrial Internet, industrial software, automation system integration and production line integration. They can use the 130,000 square meters of factory buildings and office buildings that are already available in the park.

Preliminary Work

The industrial park has completed the preliminary procedures for a construction land planning permit, construction project planning permit, construction permit, land survey, and construction drawing design and the first phase of the project is now under construction.

Estimated investment is one billion yuan.

The cooperation mode will be joint venture and plant leasing.
