Qilihe GDP rises 8.2% in the first half

Qilihe's economy grew 8.2 percent during the first half of this year when compared with the same period in 2020, realizing more than 27.48 billion yuan in GDP with an average increase of 2.45 percent over two years.

During the first half of this year, Qilihe went through a steady economic period with strengthened development foundations, effective guarantees on people's livelihoods, three stable industries, investment and consumption served as a driving force. 

Statistics showed that the added value of the three industries in Qilihe were 272 million yuan, 9.48 billion yuan and 8.27 billion yuan with a year-on-year increase of 2.2 percent, 12.7 percent, and 12.1 percent respectively.

Since the beginning of the year, the whole district has adhered to the general keynote of seeking progress while maintaining stability, making concerted efforts to stabilize the economy and seek development. 

In the next step, Qilihe will further clarify its working ideas, analyze problems in economic operation, strengthen the coordination of goals, consolidate the development foundation, tap the consumption potential, pay close attention to project investment, diligently seek to improve people's livelihoods and well-being, optimize the business environment, and ensure the sustained and healthy development of the entire district's economy with an unremitting spirit.
